Interior Upfit for Suites 105 & 106 at 4900 O’Hear Ave to include interior space planning and construction documents for permit.  Construction documents to include architectural and MEP design, drawings and specifications.

The space is to be converted into a microbrewery.

Interior renovations to existing raw retail space to include indoor and outdoor seating, small kitchen, brewery area with boilers and pass through window for beer/food purchase.  

Additional modifications to the already renovated first floor, as well as a complete upfit of the second floor (including bathroom upfits).

This is an interior upfit for a small restaurant called Masa in Columbia, SC.
